Mission Statement
The Water Buffalo Tailgating Club Of New England fosters a sense of community through the establishment of charitable giving programs. These programs will benefit variety of organizations which have historically fallen under the radar of traditional funding agencies.
We strive to accomplish this goal by promoting tailgating as a healthy family past time while enhancing the public perception of tailgating as a beneficial industry. The organization creates many opportunities for our members and sponsors to give back to their respective communities.

As we move into our 5th season of charity tailgating I want to take a moment to touch bases with all of you.
The club is growing steadily, not only in numbers but in supporters. These supporter are people and organization who believe in our concept of giving. They are people and organizations who put their trust in us in that we will do what we say.
There will be many exciting things happening over the next few month and we want YOU to be part of the action. Stay tuned!!

7/17/2010 Service Project
The club will be helping the Whitman Pond Association at their annual fishing derby. The club will have a tent set up so stop by and say hello. It will be a great day for the family. Bring your kids help out and let them catch a fish. All money raised will help the asociation keep the pond clean and accessible to all...
It will be held on July 17, 2010 at the Lorraine Larrabee Boat Ramp on Middle Street. Feel free to bring the kid'; there will be fishing, food and fun for all!!

4/24/10 SERVICE PROJECT
The club has agreed to provide day of giving @ the Supported Parents and Resilent Kids (SPARK) program in Mattapan just across the Milton town line on Sunday 4/25/10. from 9:00AM-5:00PM
We will be staining several storage buildings a fence and wood flowerbed surrounds. The club will host a hospitality tent for volunteers with light refreshements.

The Water Buffalo tailgating Club was established in 2006 by a group who enjoyed tailgating at Gillette Stadium. Because of the great feeling of camaraderie we experience at tailgating gatherings the Water Buffalo Tailgating Club wanted a way to give back to the community thus the TAILGATE FOR A CAUSE PROGRAM was established. The objective of this unique initiative is simple to help raise money, supplies and awareness for small organizations which generally fall under the radar of traditional funding sources. Thus these smaller groups have more difficulty funding their initiatives. Being a small group helping small groups we hope our dollars will make more of an impact.
The WBTC is run by a dedicated group of volunteers and generates revenue from our own member contributions, tailgating events and through sponsor advertising dollars. Net proceeds from these events and advertising go directly to charitable groups, such as The New England Home For Little Wanderers, The St. Jude Children’s' Hospital, The Parents Of Premier, Inc., Locks Of Love, Hasbro Children’s Hospital Pediatric Cardiology Department, Whiteman's Pond Association, Supported Parents and Resilient Kids and The Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
